Good Morning, Gorgeous.

This must have been one of the best first day of January ever in my life. Picture this in your wild imagination—breaking into FT Island's house to find Hongki sleeping without his pants, and shirtless Minhwan sleeping on the same bed with Seunghyun who is also not wearing any pants. Okay, enough with the imagination.

I must be one of the happiest fan girl right now. I am so freaking thankful of the PD of KBS2 TV School Variety, 100 Points Out of 100 Points for doing this to satisfy the curiosity of all fan girls all around the world. Half the casts of the variety show broke into FT Island's house to wake Hongki up for their Membership Training trip. Oh, I am so thankful Seunghyun and Minhwan are still asleep too.

No, there are no chance of seeing leader and bassist together though. They are no where to be found. They must have been somewhere else, or just still sleeping soundly in the comfort of their own locked room of which either Super Junior's Eunhyuk or SHINee's Minho could break in. The cutest part when Seunghyun hid in embarrassment when the three girls greeted him when he was on bed. Seunghyun, you never fail to make me smile all day long.

Seunghyun sleeps without his pants on, the same goes to Hongki. Minhwan on the other hand sleeps without his shirt on, which I find very cute indeed. God, I will do anything to break into FT Island's house right now. To have the members sleeping half naked—oh God, save me from my wild imagination.

The Eyeliner, The Mistake, And The Awesomeness.

Hands down for the best year-end festivals of 2010. This is what I call a song festival. The greatness that flows and the energy that comes along with it. I am not disappointed, thank you very much. The expectation I have upon the revelation of the Band Battle and Combined Stage of two great idol bands, FT Island and CN Blue is just too freaking awesome to be described in words.

I found no words to describe the performance, accept for the fact that the dearest vocalist of FT Island, Lee Hongki has failed magnificently when I think he kind of forget the fact that cute rapper, Song Seunghyun did have a line in the performance. I don't think that was intentional though. Or was it? Oh well, even when that mistake happened, I am just too fascinated by the performance itself to notice (although afterward I laughed my head off at how Hongki sang as if nothing really happened until he stopped and Seunghyun just started rapping as if it was amusing to do so).

And along came Onew from SHINee, Junsu from 2PM, Luna from F(x) and IU. And there came the most awesome performance of the song festival. The great and amazing performance of the night and I would rather miss a New Year celebration to watch over and over again.

Okay, I am just completely biased but hands down for the best band of the night, FT Island. I am not sure about the Blue and White Team because I am just too confused to care for but I am rooting for whatever team FT Island is in.

Don't blame me, dear. Blame this bias towards the five freaking gorgeous boys in white tonight.

Unfortunately, 2010 has been a year where I spent most of my time watching movies and listening to music rather than watching the great dramas of 2010. I believe that I should not rate a drama without watching it because the only drama I loyally followed in 2010 was 내 여자친구는 구미호 (My Girlfriend Is A Nine-Tailed Fox). I am still in love with that drama, period. I ship Dimple Couple forever.

2010 in general has been a great year in the Korean music industry and also for my own local music industry. I listen to almost every genre and although I am sticking with my bias forever—I am still open to any kind of music. I don't need anyone to bash me and my list because this is honestly what I like from 2010. I don't need any bashing or critics, because I am free to tell anyone what I like. I am free to listen to what you have to say—about your favorites from 2010.

At least I have finally witnessed my bias won awards for their excellent work in 2010. I love watching their success—and now I feel like a freaking mother to all those gorgeous boys. I also enjoy watching the success of others so let us say goodbye to 2010 and welcome 2011, in hope that it will bring even more happiness and success.

This could have been the best orchestra performance I ever seen my entire life. I mean like seriously, where could you see sixteen out of the best Korean pop songs performed live by an orchestra and performs this amazing rendition of each songs. Congratulation to Nanyang Polytechnic Chinese Orchestra for this amazing performances of Korean pops’ medleys. I am falling in love with this performance. How I Found Seunghyun and Jonghyun Together

I am bored today thus I spend my early morning surfing through Nate and Naver though I don’t understand much of what I am reading. I came across something that I have been dying to know and this morning I have my wonders answered. I have been searching for this one particular video for almost a year and now the search is finally over. Now I sound like an announcer or something. So here I am, writing a post of my craziness of Friday morning. I haven’t done this for a long time so yeah, I am sort of back with it.

Before you start cursing me let me explain. This is actually a promo video (Korean call it as school UCC) of a high school in Korea 서울공연예술고등학교 (School of Performing Arts Seoul) and of course, if you are pretty much a creeper or a stalker like me, you will have to know that three members of FT Island which are Lee Jaejin, Choi Minhwan and Song Seunghyun attended this school. Other than them, CN Blue member Lee Jonghyun, T-Ara member Jiyeon and probably (though not quite sure about this) F(x) member Sulli attended the same high school. It is a high school that highly focuses on arts - performance arts, fine arts, etc.

Skip all the beginning of the video and jump right to 03:29. If you have also been a lurker in SOOMPI, you’ll know that there have been several .gif pictures that involve Seunghyun in some kind of CF and here it is. He enrolled the school before he joined FT Island thus he appeared in the promo video of his high school. I think that he participate in this UCC before he joined FT Island.

Now skip to 03:43 and you will amazingly found - none other than Lee Jonghyun of CN Blue. I was a bit taken back when I saw it but hey, come to think about it…it makes sense. He did mention that he left his high school a year late than any of the students in his age. Aha, two FNC Music trainees in a UCC. I have made it big this time.

Okay, let us all skip to 05:07 and you will find the first two celebrities who enroll the school in 2008. It will be Lee Jaejin and Choi Minhwan of FT Island. There have been several news about their enrolment to the school in 2008 during their “사랑후애 (After Love)” promotion times. I don’t know what the hell they are talking about but I am sure it is something about their school.

I maybe bias but I think Seunghyun is quite active in participating with his high school’s activities. I have found many pictures of him at school - with so many female students around him. Jaejin and Minhwan might be known for studying there but I rarely found any pictures of them at school. There are some, but not as much as Seunghyun's. But maybe I can't find them. Even in Hangul Island season 2 he did mentioned that he participated in the decorations for the Teacher’s Day celebration that he attended with Jaejin and Minhwan. In another show, Style Wave, he did appeared at the beginning in his school uniform, saying that he has just came back from an examination at school.

Right, I am enough with my craziness for Friday. It has been a creepy Friday for me who has been in a stalker mode all morning. Hey, at least I got my questions about where did the .gif pictures come from answered so I am very satisfied. I need to pack my bag for tomorrow. I am going to go on a two days and one night trip with my family on a tour bus for the first time in my life. We are going to the beach and just have fun if I could. I need to fit so many things inside a small bag.

미아해요 ~ I’d been away for too long .
I was supposed to post my review on CN Blue’s debut performance last week but I can’t because I got myself trapped inside a huge mess - I accidentally opened a spambot e-mail I received from someone I didn’t know at SILHOUETTE forum and it totally almost crashed my laptop . Luckily, my dad took it for a repair and everything was managed to be fixed - though it feels weird to use the laptop again after it almost crashed; as if this laptop isn’t mine anymore. My dad was pretty much pissed at me for almost crashing the laptop he bought about a year ago but after fixing it, he seemed to be okay. He said to me this one line in which it freaked me out and reminded myself not to mess up with the laptop ever again.

“It’s a technical problem everyone might done, but surely it happen because the laptop is tired of you”
I am taking extra precaution nowadays, even a slight mistake caused me to panic. I remembered how I yelled in horror when the virus started to boot inside my laptop, making everything upside down. When my dad’s friend told me the files and programs inside the laptop couldn’t be saved, I was devastated. I saved up to 10,000 pictures inside my laptop (in which 9000 pictures and FT Island’s pictures) and various kind of videos and to have it all disappeared because of my silly mistakes made me very depressed. Thankfully the repair guy managed to fix everything and recover my files and programs. Bless you repair man!

난 바보야 - I should be more careful with those kind of e-mails in the future .
I finally made up my mind and decided to just pay RM160 for a copy of Story of Five Treasure Island / MBC Collection DVD. I took whole day thinking about it before I put up my order; surprisingly, I feel guilty to spend that much money on one DVD but heck, as long as I am happy, I don’t care. The last time I spent that much was on the Rock Prince DVD, which cost me RM120. The reason why I can’t miss this chance of getting the DVD was because it comes with English subtitle! OMG ~ I was screaming happily when I saw this. I am hoping that it will come in a good condition. I might get it before Chinese New Year in early February. Just hope Men’s Stories DVD won’t come out any time soon or else I’ll have to beg for more money from my parents.

Goodbye my RM160 ㅠ.ㅠ ; curse you FNC Music for making such wonderful DVDs!
On the other note, my mom had made a shocking confession while we were watching re-runs of KBS Song Festival yesterday - a confession that surprised me the most. My sister and I wanted to go to the Super Junior concert in Kuala Lumpur if it ever happen, when my mom confessed this shocking confession that literally caused us to laugh.

“I don’t care about your Super Junior’s concert. I would only pay to go to FT Island’s concert”
Oh yeah mom, welcome to the club. But seriously mom, it will be almost impossible to have them having a concert in Malaysia. We are cursed! Why must this happen to me? I need to see FT Island in person ㅠ.ㅠ

On the other note, my mom is digging 2PM’s Heartbeat dance so much, she randomly danced at it whenever she liked. My mom is weird, she even thinks that Jang Hyuk from the drama 추노 (Chuno / The Slave Hunter) is hot and she thinks Lee Seunggi is cute ( like mother like daughter ). What have I done to my mom? Worst, she thinks SHINee’s Choi Minho is cute too.

Many people see me as someone who loves mainly modern music, well, make it pop or ballad.
Not many people actually know, I am a HUGE FAN of piano compositions.
I am not kidding.
I actually have a long playlist of piano compositions, especially from Beethoven, Yiruma, and some classicals from Vivaldi (I am a huge fan of Vivaldi).

Yiruma - well, I liked almost all of his piano compositions and one of my favorite is Kiss The Rain (I personally loved One Day I Will Leave Behind, Tears on Love & Maybe more).
First of all, I loved the title ; it is so catchy yet meaningful.
Secondly, the composition might sound like a repetition but it is amazingly beautiful.
Thirdly, it was the first composition from Yiruma which made me felt in love with piano compositions.
And recently, I had found the forth reason why I must loved Kiss The Rain even more.

Song Seunghyun - other than being recognized as the new member (well, not so new now) of FT Island, the second vocalist (in which it seems this position hadn't been proved much lately), the rapper (which he admitted to be the one and only rapper of FT Island), the second guitarist (yes, I'd listened to his guitaring skill and it was great) and the 16-dimension boy with a mind of his own.
If you are a die-hard-Primadonna like me, you'll probbaly know that Jonghoon isn't the only one who knows how to play the piano in FT Island in the new FT Island of course.
Yes, Seunghyun knows how to play the piano too - but only Jonghoon was able to show his skills in FT Island.

The fancam embedded was taken from the establishment party of their fanclub a few months ago, and it was taken during Seunghyun's solo performance.
Being curious at how good he actually is at playing the piano (not that I could play the piano), I was eager to watch the fancam, because previously, I'd only seen short cuts of their solo performances.

OMG ~ I am in heaven.

Always being biased towards Seunghyun, I found another reason why I must continue to be a biased noona fan of him and also another reason why I must loved Kiss The Rain now.

He played the piano beautifully.
I am not just saying this because I am biased - but he looked amazing playing the piano.
Many know this (especially my family) that I have a thing for a boy (well, I prefer an older boy) who played the piano, in which explained why I got into a relationship with one of my previous boyfriends (because he is an excellent pianist too, and we ended up listening to Kiss The Rain whenever we remembered each other).
Seunghyun looked amazing, perfect looks and perfect melody combined together.

Yes, Kiss The Rain sounds most likely like a repetition but it was very lovely.
And yes, Seunghyun did fine playing it - considering he played without looking at music sheets.
He is my prince charming in yellow raincoat (?) and cutest hairstyle.
Of course the original version is WAY better than the one played by Seunghyun, but it didn't make much differences, at least to me who love the composition very much now.

I ripped the video so that I could have his rendition of Kiss The Rain all by myself.
How could this get even better?
He is 180 centimeter (my ideal boyfriend's height), he is handsome, he is funny, he is weird, he is talented, his voice is heavenly, his guitar skill is great, he is practically getting better as being an MC (he is one of MBC 지금은 꽃미남시대 Season 2's MC along Jonghoon) and now, he added even more charms by proving that he could play the piano as good as anyone else could.

Way to go, Seunghyun!
Noona is so proud of you - though I wonder since when did he learn piano and which instrument he mastered first, was it guitar or piano?

Haha ~ the real reason for this post was just to express my bias-ness towards Seunghyun lately.
My mom is slowly falling into his charms too.
And I am practically just bored.

Now that he often plays the piano on solo performance (he played it again once in Japan), shouldn't MBC Music Core let him plays the piano like how they allowed Taemin to play Yiruma's River Flows in You before?
Ha, I already imagine him playing the piano and singing like how Jonghoon did on his own solo performance during FT Island's First Island Concert in 2007.

With his great vocal and his piano skill - OMG, I'll be in heaven.

20090826 FT Island & SHINee Dances on MBC 지금은 꽃미남시대.

I know I shouldn't be doing this kind of post during Ramadhan but I can't help myself to do so. As I wrote previously that FT Island will appear on MBC 지금은 꽃미남시대 (Right Now, Flower Boy Generation) and the episode where FT Island appeared was aired last night.

Here are some highlights of the show. Links for the full show are included at the end of the post.

Well, because there were a lot of talking involved, I couldn't understand half of the show anyway.

There was a part in the beginning where the FT boys were given coffee without sugar and it taste bitter. Minhwan's expression explained how bitter it was. Then the FT boys talked about anything they were not satisfied about SHINee (I think so). Minhwan talked about how SHINee's 막내, Taemin, stole his title as 가요계 막내 (Entertainment's Magnae) after SHINee debuted in 2008. He also said he was more handsome than Taemin. Seunghyun said something related to Key but I can't really understand it, which caused Key to be angry and tend to throw the coffee jug on the table before he acted cute. Jaejin talked about Key too. Jonghoon however, told about Minho being handsome. Maybe he was jealous?

Then again, FT boys tell about their favorite girls' groups' members. Minhwan chose Sandara Park (2NE1) again. Seunghyun chose Lee Juyeon (?) of After School (in which I thought Hongki liked her, not Seunghyun). Jaejin chose the whole KARA while Jonghoon chose Kang Jiyoung (KARA). Jaejin and Jonghoon's rendition of KARA's Mister's dance were epic fail but totally cute!

SHINee & MC Myeongsu told that without Hongki, FT Island couldn't performed their title song, 바래 but they insisted that they could sing the rap part instead so Seunghyun did the job along with the other three boys. Key immitated Seunghyun (so cute) and MC Myeongsu did too but it was bad.

Later there were a scene where FT boys talked about their members and Jonghoon told how he was irritated by Seunghyun because he often acted cute (aegyo) at him when he was tired. The act they showed was so cute! Seunghyun's aegyo is AWESOME. Jonghyun and Onew were irritated by Seunghyun's aegyo too. Onew even tried to throw the bicycle at him. So the hyungs agreed the magnaes shouldn't disturb them when they were tired. Jonghyun exposed that Key did the same to him too so in the end, they agreed that Key and Seunghyun were very much alike.

Then they reveal some surveys which I don't understand at all but there was one survey in which from 3rd place until 1st place were owned by FT Island. Only Seunghyun's name hadn't been mention in the survey. There are several more interesting parts which I didn't want to write.

But the last part is the best! They were supposed to show their talents so Jonghoon danced to Brown Eyed Girls' Abracadabra. He did okay, for someone who isn't a dancer of course. He even took off his jacket. Seunghyun joined in but he was, well, he isn't born to dance. His movements were awkward but cute. Everyone burst into laughter. I had never seen MC Myeonsu laughed so much. Seunghyun failed in doing the turning part. Jaejin voice immitation parts failed too and he admitted he didn't have much talents. Seunghyun revealed his talent to do Harisu's voice immitation and he did the screaming part. OMG ~ that was surprising! Everyone laughed, even MC Myeongsu almost rolled on the floor, laughing. Minhwan did his almost-famous burning orang utan immitation. He was so cute.

Key did a three part girls' groups' dances. He did Girls' Generation's 소원을 말해봐, KARA's Wanna and Brown Eyed Girls' Abracadabra. He did very well. Jonghoon showed his own KARA's Wanna dance but it was still awkward. Then everyone danced to Abracadabra. Still laughing at how Seunghyun did it. Key is the best! They did a dance battle; Key VS. Jonghoon & Seunghyun. But still, he owned that dance! Jonghoon did good and Seunghyun caused me to laugh so much! Seunghyun danced and did the Harisu's screaming immitation.

In the end, the boys gave their speeches, wishing SHINee good luck and Minhwan even asked permission whether he could call SHINee as his friends. Jonghyun said okay. Seunghyun had an encore of Harisu's screaming immitation before they continued with the Abracadabra's dances altogether.

Wow ~ that was a very fun show, especially for fangirls. Full of FT Island and SHINee goodness. Whoever wanted to see the different sides of the boys really need to watch this show. I am replaying the last part of the show like crazy, especially Seunghyun's screaming part and their awkward dances.

FT Island on MBC 꽃미남시대 Preview.

Ever wished to watch FT Island on TV without Hongki? Well, I don't but honestly I used to somehow wished I could sometimes before. So, for thos who had wished for it, don't worry. MBC 꽃미남시대 (Flower Boy Generation) will finally show our precious FT Island on its show, this time without the loud vocalist, Lee Hongki.

Ah ~ the preview for next week's episode of MBC 꽃미남시대 is out, with MCs, Park Myeongsu and SHINee. The guest will be none other than FT Island's members, Choi Minhwan, Song Seunghyun, Lee Jaejin and Choi Jonghoon. The episode will air on 25th August 2009, so make sure you marked your calendar (I know I will).

I honestly loved the way Key imitated Seunghyun's rap in 바래. Haha, so awfully funny! Well, MC Park Myeongsu and his usual self, not knowing the members name for sure. He was always like that with any groups anyway.

SHINee vs. FT Island ; now that is a must watch, right? I guessed Minhwan said something about SHINee's 막내, Taemin but I am not sure about what. It will great if Taemin was there too, right? 막내 vs. 막내. LOL at Onew though. Ah, my favorite member of SHINee! Jonghyun singing Billy Jean while Jaejin showing off his trot talent. Will they have some kind of singing competition? Wonder how will the FT boys do without Hongki.

The highlight of the preview, Key and Jonghoon dancing to Abracadabra by Brown Eyed Girls! OMG ~ seriously, I think Jonghoon is so into this song right now. He danced to it on the mobile ranking segment for SBS 인기가요 too. Well, honestly, Key did the dance better but because I am biased, Jonghoon looked awesome too. He isn't a dancer anyway. So what do you expect from a guitarist? Oh wait, Key is younger than Jonghoon, am I right?

Minhwan and his monkey (or was it orang utan?) imitation. He did great, just like a real monkey. A hot monkey? Haha, no way, Minhwan is my hot chicken drummer boy. LOL again at Seunghyun, what is he screaming for? His scream sounded so loud and sharp, it caused me to startle when I heard it. But he looked very cute, and not to mention funny when everyone burst into laughter after his scream. Totally the 4-dimension Seunghyun I wanted to see!

The boys altogether did the Abracadabra dance!

Can't wait to watch this show. I won't miss it for anything. Though it seem different without Hongki, but I bet the four boys will do perfectly fine. Like my elder sister said, Hongki got way too many spotlight. It is time for the other members to shine.

FT Island's Fire & Pretty Girl (feat. KARA) Rock Versions Performances on SBS 인기가요.

AHHH! Please, let me scream because I am totally CRAZY and happy right now! Just watched performances from SBS 인기가요 on YouTube and I must said, this week's SBS 인기가요 was the BEST music show I ever watched this year! OMG ~ I am still screaming when I wrote this, and I swore I heard my dad knocked on my door telling me to calm down. The best summer special performance on SBS 인기가요!

My two favorite groups, FT Island & KARA finally combined together to make one awesome short performance! Aww ~ it was worth the wait! I can't express much with words, because half of my excitement had been spazzed out to my younger sister just now. There were many more special performances but nothing could be compared (forgive me for my biasness here) to FT Island's rocking special performance.

Their image was totally about rock band boys! But I was laughing so hard when I noticed Hongki got his Dara 's palm tree hairstyle! Gosh, that was hilarious. The hairstylist must had a crazy time applying that hairstyle on Hongki. I also noticed Jonghoon and Jaejin got tiny ponytails on each of their heads too. That was just weird, but in the same time funny and cute. Thanked GOD nothing happened to Seunghyun and Minhwan's hair. I forgot to mention how HOT Seunghyun looked in this short special performance. I don't know why but he got this charm about him which made me squeled. He was so handsome. All the boys looked amazing, and my younger sister was drooling over Jonghoon.

The special performance from FT Island started with their own rock rendition of 2NE1's first hit, Fire. I have no idea they were performing this song in their own rock version! OMG ~ I swore the rock music sounded so awesome. The guitar riffs heard were totally incredible, and not to mention the amazing bass line! They must had recorded the rock music before. It sounded so cool! I can't believe Seunghyun took over CL's rap part! He surely changed the "CL" part into his own name. Did he said "I go by the name of Seunghyun of F&C..." ?? I loved the way he pronounced those short English's lines. He sounded so sexy (?) though his English was pretty messed up! I also loved how they kept the 2NE1 name in the beginning, as a sign of respect (no matter if FT Island is for sure a senior to 2NE1). Hongki's voice suit this rock version so much! He done some mistake with the lines and stuck his tongue out during performance, so CUTE! And when Seunghyun started to sing, I screamed again. His voice sounded so awesome! His image made him looked like the ultimate bad boy, my HOT bad boy to be precise. His voice blended in with Hongki's voice very nicely! I am glad they let Seunghyun sang instead of Jaejin for this performance because he completely made Fire sounded so awesome! Haha! They totally made me wanted to hear the full version of Fire in rock music! They made the song sounded COOL! I am so in LOVE with FT Island's Fire rock version! I just wished it was longer.

They continued the special performance with KARA's Pretty Girl in rock version but since KARA already released their own Pretty Girl School Rock Version in their previous mini-album, I wasn't expecting much. But the beginning was altered and it sounded awesome. When KARA appeared from behind the curtain, I was going crazy. The girls looked awesome, especially my two favorites, Nicole and Seungyeon. How sweet, the girls started the song along with Hongki as they made their way towards their MBC Idol's Army's partner. Jonghoon with Hara, Hongki with Jiyoung, Seunghyun with Seungyeon (I loved how this couple names rhyme for some reason). But because Minhwan was drumming at the back, Nicole stood next to Hongki instead. Aww, no Min-Cole moments! Gyuri who was partnered with MC Boom on the show partnered with Jaejin instead since Jaejin wasn't included in the MBC Idol's Army before. The fans, probably Primadonna & Kamilia combined together were singing together with the two groups, so loudly! Unfortunately, I can't hear KARA voices much in the performance, probably because Hongki's voice overshadowed their voices, considering the song's range must had been lowered to suit Hongki's voice. Since I had also heard Hongki (and everyone including Wonbin except Seunghyun) sang the male version of Pretty Girl, I was more excited about their chemistry on stage since FT Island had never been partnered with any female singers, especially a group on stage except for Younha before. They made several random moves from Pretty Girl and it was all cute. The boys looked so happy performing this song with the girls. The way they dressed looked almost similar ; rock boys, rock girls. I loved how Seunghyun and Seungyeon looked at each other and the camera caught their short (very short) moments together, and it looked as if they both enjoying themselves together, despite the age differences. Jonghoon and Hara were enjoying themselves too. Anyone spotted the matching pants they wore? Couple pants, perhaps? I can't believe how suitable Gyuri looked with Jaejin. Jiyoung showed so much cuteness with Hongki and I wished Nicole will run towards Minhwan and showed some Min-Cole love, however, there wasn't any.

They also performed 바래 separately, and I am in love with what they were wearing. The theme was green and silver and I totally wished I could have Seunghyun multi-color stripey shirt! He looked so cute (from bad boy to cute boy?) Hongki with tie, OMG! All of them looked awesome and I must said, the stylists were really making the boys looked hotter nowadays with the great improvements with their outfits. Once again Hongki nailed those high notes but I still can't understand why they must performed the chopped and shortened version of 바래. I am missing Seunghyun's first rap nowadays. How cute to see Hongki rapped along with Jaejin and Seunghyun during the last rap part. Overal, it was nice to see the boys in green (my favorite color) and looking all energetic. Must be because they were given a chance to sing along the five girls of KARA before. Haha, just kidding!

Great show! Congratulation to SBS 인기가요 for winning my vote for the best summer special music show! I totally loved all performances, not to mention MC Mong dancing to SNSD's 소원을 말해봐 with SHINee & 2PM members. Everything was totally COOL, but the most cool performance was still be FT Island's special performance for sure!

T-Ara's 거짓말 Part 1 MV

I didn't went online for a day and there is like a thousand updates I needed to catch up with. OMG ~ I am already tired of reading too much news this morning. So, T-Ara had their official debut on MBC Radio Star on 29th July, yesterday, but unfortunately, I didn't watch that show, so don't ask me how the girls did in that variety show. I don't know, all that I know is that the girls showed their own personal talents. That's all. Enough. I don't know more.

The MV of T-Ara's song, 거짓말 Part 1 had also been released, staring 대한민국 남동생 or translated as South Korea's Little Brother, Yoo Seungho. Honestly, I think he is cute, but I don't actually go crazy on him so yeah, practically I am too biased to like him what-so-ever. The teaser was released several days ago and the MV was released yesterday. For me, I loved the MV. As I said before, the concept of the MV was six girls dating one man, so obviously it was a case of deceiving loves, just like how the title meant. The MV was almost well-made, almost perfect and the acting by the six girls of T-Ara (Jiyeon, Hyomin, Q-ri, Soyeon, Eunjung, Boram) were awesome. I think the girls, especially Hyomin and Boram looked extra beautiful in the MV. I loved their parts, somehow linked together. Jiyeon was the one riding the motorbike with Seungho, Eunjung the one he danced with at the club, Hyomin was the one with camera, Boram was the one riding the bike with Seungho, and I think Soyeon was the one having dinner at the restaurant while Q-ri was the one who baked cake with Seungho, right? I am not sure about Soyeon and Q-ri since I couldn't really differentiate the two of them yet, so forgive me if I got it mixed up and wrong. The MV suit the song very well, and I could actually feel the emotions showed by the girls. How the girls hated being deceit, and I adored the beginning of the MV, when a girl (couldn't recognized who though) threw a glass towards the TV. The clothes they wore in the MV looked awesome too. The choreograph for the song seemed to be fun too, it actually made me wanted to learn it.

Okay, now that the MV had been released, we have a better look at who sing which part. I am not sure about the singing part, but I believed all the girls have strong vocals to start with. One thing that I found interesting was that, Hyomin, my favorite member of T-Ara was actually the one who raps in the song. Wow, that's a shocker. I thought her voice sounded different when she sang the ballad for Cinderella Man's OST. Well, this made me wonder though. Why is it, all the of my favorite members from almost all groups seemed to be the rapper? Hyomin, the rapper. Seunghyun, the rapper. Wonbin, used to be the rapper. Nicole, the sometimes-rapper. Eunhyuk, rapper. Yoobin, the rapper. OMG ~ as much as I loved reviewing on vocals, it seemed I loved rappers more. Among all the girls' vocals, I think I liked Boram's voice the most. I might be slightly biased over her, but I think I'd seen her in KBS Star Golden Bell with her father, if I am not mistaken and I actually liked her. Her image, she showed an innocence of a girl, that's kind of made me slightly biased over her. Hyomin, have a strong resemblence of SNSD member, Jessica and I realized this ever since she appeared in FT Island's Heaven MV. Eunjung was also my favorite because she looked mature and friendly, and not to mention beautiful even after she acted a the ghost for the movie 고사 and got her heart broken by Hongki in 천동 MV.

As a conclusion, 거짓말 Part 1 had already been my favorite so far so the MV made the song sounded way better. I loved it, and this MV made me want to fall in love with Yoo Seungho too. He is extremely cute. Now, what is left to do is to watch today's MNET M!Countdown where the six girls of T-Ara will have their debut performance. I am wondering how they will perform. Will it be okay? Or will be not?

One thing excited me now other than that is waiting for tomorrow's KBS Music Bank live on KBS World. I got to watch FT Island, KARA and T-Ara altogether on one LIVE music show. I hope tomorrow is going to be the best Friday ever, except for me still being sick.

생일 축하합니다, 여동생!
Today is my younger sister's birthday ; she was born in 1993 so that means she is turning 16 today. Unfortunately, as her elder sister, I am still sick to cheer happily for her and she even had it worst, to have an academic test on her own birthday. My poor younger sister, you must hated it to sit for a test on your birthday, right?

To my younger sister,
Since today is your birthday and I didn't buy you anything because I am sick, I just wished you all the happiness you can get on your birthday. You have your elder brother and your two elder sisters cheering (like a bunch of crazy people) for you no matter what you do.
And since you are a die-hard-fan of Super Junior's Kim Heechul, 2PM's Jaebum and FT Island's Choi Jonghoon, I still can't figure out what I should give for your birthday. Should I buy something Super Junior-related, something 2PM-related or something FT Island-related? You are confusing me, younger sister. Can't you just pick one favorite?
Anyway, you'll be sitting for SPM next year so good luck and study hard, don't end up like your three elder siblings (now I feel like my elder siblings and I are losers).
Study English harder, because I know you can do it!
Good luck in whatever you do, and since today is your birthday, enjoy this day to the fullest!

It's an unfortunate thing to have your birthday on weekdays, because everyone will tend to be busy with works, but you have to know your family are still wishing you the best. 20090725 바래 Comeback Performance on MBC Music Core

Among all four music shows airing in South Korea, MBC Music Core was the least of my favorite. So, when I was watching MBC Music Core today to watch FT Island's final comeback performance, I wasn't expecting much because I expected much during their 나쁜여자야 comeback performance and I ended up feeling a bit dissapointed. This performance on MBC Music Core wasn't great, wasn't grand. Just like a normal performance.

They didn't performed two songs like how they did on the three other music shows and my mom was like "is MBC stingy or what?" and I was like "I know the reason why, mom". Well, so the five boys only performed 바래. The intro of their comeback performance was nice, very retro. The stage setting, it was weird. It had nice dimmed blue lighting, and it have Michael Jackson's setting, as a tribute I think. The boys wore the clothes from their album jacket, and I have to say that the outfit they wore today weren't my favorite. I like what they wore on yesterday's KBS Music Bank during 바래 more. But no one else could rock the half pink-half grey pants like Hongki and Seunghyun for sure. They are all looking awesome in no matter what they wore. The stage was huge but the boys were cramped into one corner of the stage, with Minhwan separated from the others. The two guitarists and the bassist were placed so close to each other, they seemed to be having difficulties with moving their instruments around. Oh, there are amplifiers placed for them too, but couldn't be seen because it was like hidden behind Seunghyun, Jonghoon and Jaejin. Are amplifiers a must have thing on stage for FT Island right now?

With the dimmed blue lighting, the boys looked awesome through cameras but one thing sucks, the cameraman got his camera shaken each time he shoot Minhwan. Random mistake? Somehow, my mom said it was irritating and it didn't make Minhwan looked good to be shoot by shaking camera. Like always, Hongki's voice was flawless in this performance, so it kinda make up for the flaw I mentioned earlier. Seunghyun's rap, it didn't sound as loud and confident as yesterday but he got a fairly enough time of his own shoot during his rap. And his smile was so adorable. So, I am satisfied. Fan chants heard were okay, loud but not as loud as before. Jaejin's rap, well, not as good as the previous performances too, but he did very good.

The guitar solo by Junghoon felt so short all over sudden, but he looked awesome. Love the way Hongki said "guitar!" during the guitar solo part. When Seunghyun, Jaejin and Jonghoon did the "left-right" movements, it surely seen clearly because they were so closed to each other, so that was cute.

Overall, the boys did okay and the performance was fine. Not extra-ordinary or grand, just fine. Nothing special, as if it was never a comeback performance at all. I know this review sounded much as I am trying to pick out the flaws, but I am not. Just stating the points I saw as not right. The boys did better before. Maybe I just don't like MBC Music Core much and that was why I always see the points I am not satisfied with throughout the performance rather than enjoying it.

Besides, I had just came back from a funeral of my mom's uncle, but since our family are not closed, we kind of left earlier or else I might not write this review and my mom probably didn't want to watch this with me at all. May you rest in peace.

Forgive me for this lame review, but this is what I felt after watching the performance. As I said before, it was just fairly good. Practically because I am biased, I will say awesome. So, the boys had successfully have their comeback performances done and starting from tomorrow, they will just appear on music shows and made performances, and perhaps topping some charts, please?

One more thing, FT Island and some other performers, SNSD, IU, Cool and some more unidentified artistes made a 00:15 seconds of choir for MBC Music Core with Hongki as the leader, so check it out here. Hongki was so cute, when he burst into a short laugh at the end of the choir, perhaps finding it funny that he was indeed leading a short choir performance. Though only the girls' voices could be heard through the choir performance, wasn't it worth it to see our Hongki leading a choir? Oh, the other four boys were standing at the back of the choir, with Minhwan and Jonghoon holding to microphones. Seunghyun made cute hand gestures, possibly trying to mimic his beloved hyung, Hongki.

Farewell My Favorite 인기가요's MCs

Oh, today was such a long day, facing difficulties with my internet connection and TVAnts, failed to successfully finish my Fundamental of Photography's assignment and this.
Today was the final episode for my favorite 인기가요's MCs, Eun Jiwon, Lee Hongki and Yoo Seora to do their MC-ing jobs.

Yes, the video posted above is about SNSD's winning their Mutizen Award. Congrats to the girls, and well, I loved the green army outfits, but not as much as I loved their white navy suits.
I want to point out the final part.

How cute could they be? Seunghyun hugging Hongki from the back as a surprise before Junghoon approached and placed a flower around Hongki's neck and gave him a gayish peck (Junghoon and his weird side of kissing boys again) on his cheek. I love the moments between Seunghyun and Hongki. They are a perfect match with each other. The great hyung-dongsaeng relationship.

It was to say goodbye to the three MCs, as 2PM gave Jiwon a hug from the back too and flowers to both Jiwon and Seora.
They made a short farewell speech, as Hongki wished Jiwon and Seora the best for their solo career, Jiwon for his album and Seora for her drama. He sounded sad, but he had his (or was it his rival) dongsaeng, Seunghyun hugging him and Junghoon next to him (the ultimate Jong-Ki couple) while Jiwon got 2PM with him and Seora was hugged by Jessica of SNSD.
Seora wanted to cry ; mentioning that she had the greatest time MC-ing the show and thanked the crews.
I want to cry with her too!

It will be sad Hongki, Jiwon and Seora (mostly Hongki) are finally leaving 인기가요.
Hongki is the youngest MC to be MC-ing for 인기가요 is it? He will be missed, and he will be forever remembered.
No more dorky acts from Hongki, Jiwon and Seora when they introduced the songs performed on the show. I am going to miss how dorky and silly Hongki was every week, and how he often brought up the situation to be more brighter.
His unusual outfits, his humors.
This is so sad ;; my Sundays are going to be bored.

Hope to see FT Island competiting in next week's Take7 with others.
It will be awesome if they win the Mutizen Award, to heal the wound left after my favorite MCs left of course.
