Translation; Let’s Go on a Vacation

First of all, SALAM MAAL HIJRAH to all Muslims around the world, I hope the New Year brings lots of happiness to everyone.

Before I go on with the announcement, I have to tell everyone that I cut my hair today ; just because I wanted to have a new look before going for my family trip on this Saturday. This haircut (refer to the selca I posted above) I just got might just be the most drastic change I had ever done to myself throughout my 18 years of living. My hair looked thinner now and it is less disturbing than it was before, so I am basically pretty happy. I got the most visible layers of hair right now and it seemed to be way easier to style than before. I had always took the safe route, styling my hair with the same safe style for years but this year, to celebrate my 18 years of living, I cut it differently from my usual style - it surprised my hairdresser too ㅋㅋㅋ

This will be my second hiatus post, but it isn’t as early like before though.

So, because I won’t be taking along my laptop for our holiday, I will be on a temporary hiatus. Perhaps about four to five days but I am not sure, it depends on how long my dad wants to take us for the vacation. We are going to Langkawi Island, the place in which my last visit was about 14 years ago. My elder brother used to work there in his teens and we often visited but no more after he quitted his work there.

I am contemplating whether to enjoy the trip or not because I am not in the mood of going for a vacation. It is my time of the month (oh the pain of being in the most hated week in a month ㅜ.ㅜ)and my feet are still hurting from the surgery’s scars so, you do the calculation. I’d packed my things and we are leaving the first thing tomorrow morning to make sure we could arrive there in the estimated time.

Ever since my horrible Mersing trip, I am hoping this island trip will be way better.

I am wishing this trip will make up for the time I wasted during the Mersing trip. I’ll be updating my Twitter account however through my mobile phone (in which I had bought extra prepaid top-up in case I ran out of prepaid on the island) so it wouldn’t really be a real hiatus though. I am trying to take lots of pictures to update my photography gallery on my DeviantArt, so, I hope everything works out fine.

I’ll try to have fun on my family trip this time and I overheard my parents planning another bigger family trip next year as my elder sister’s family is going to join too. We are going to Terengganu next year and I can’t wait. As for the time, I’ll pray for safety throughout our long journey to the island tomorrow. It is going to be a very long driving trip (but not as long and as bad as the Mersing trip for sure).
