So yesterday, as I mentioned in my Twitter, I went to watch Harry Potter & The Half Blood Prince just because I got 4 free tickets from Golden Screen Cinema. I went to watch it with my parents and my younger sister, because my elder sister wasn't really a fan of Harry Potter.Well, I am always an avid fan of Harry Potter ; used to force my dad to buy me all the books, from the first one until the last one, the seventh book in its series. I enjoyed reading both languages available in my country, English and Malay, so I have both. Selfish much?
So, about the movie, well, the sixth book, Harry Potter & The Half Blood Prince was never really my favorite. I loved the third book, Harry Potter & The Prisoner of Azkaban and the seventh book, Harry Potter & The Deathly Hollow the most so when we decided to watch the sixth movie in Harry Potter's series, I kind of wondering, will it be exciting?
Honestly, it was just an average movie. It was kind of exciting, filled with several humors and romances between the main characters but I think it was lacked of action, perhaps because in the book itself, it doesn't have much actions. I preferred Harry Potter & The Goblet of Fire more, because it had more actions. But I knew, I shouldn't expect much actions from Harry Potter.
But I would say the movie was perfectly made. I loved the other aspects of the movie, the acting was awesome, the development of characters to more mature, the more emotions showed by the characters, the scenes, the slight suspenses, though not much, there were suspenses. The final scene was emotional, I almost cried, so that was the best part of this movie.
Overall, it was a good movie. I am not saying I hate it, but I am not saying I am loving it too. Perhaps if I watch it for the 2nd time, then I will be able to say something about it.
Now, I should wait for the final movie to be release, can't wait to watch the final war between the Death Eaters and the Harry Potter's allies, though it will take probably years.
