I followed my mom and my two sisters out just now.
They just wanted to buy some stuffs,
And I thought it will be okay if I tagged along.
We went to a home decor shop near Ampang Point,
Just because mom wanted to buy new stuffs for our house.

At that home decor shop,
I was carrying my youngest nephew, Ashraf ;
When a Korean little girl, probably aged 4,
Pointed her finger at my nephew and said 친구 // chingu.
She thought Ashraf was her friend.
Hell yeah I understood what she said.

The mother of that girl smiled at me,
And before she could mention the meaning of the word 친구,
I already said it.
I told my nephew that 친구 means friend.
And that young Korean mother was deligted.
She asked whether I really knew Korean.
And I said I do know some words, but not the whole Korean language.
She was amazed that I could understand Korean, though slight Korean.

Just because that home decor shop was in a neighborhood where many Korean lived,
I had the chance to use my slight Korean knowledge today.

I am thinking about learning Korean seriously right now.
